The gestalt therapy method is based on tracking your own feelings and understandings: your voice, your body and the connection of "what I'm doing with what I'm talking about now". Gestalt therapy is based on the study of relationships (communications), whether it is interpersonal relationships, relationships with parents or relationships with the city and the world.
